The Evolution of Payment Cryptography

On Tuesday, the 3rd of June, 2025, Verisec and Thales – Imperva are pleased to host a morning event at Berns Salonger in Stockholm – “The Evolution of Payment Cryptography”

In a broader context, only weeks ago, Sweden was impacted by a targeted DDoS attack that lasted several hours and indirectly affected banks and payments. A few days later, Spain and Portugal were hit by a massive power outage that affected the digital lives of millions, including, of course, the payments infrastructure of the countries.
